note 1: 2 washers and 1 nut is missing for the tiny bolts that attach the mount to the underside of the hood/grill. All wiring/harness is complete. Had these on the car for about 2 years and worked up until this past summer when I realized they weren't coming on at the flip of the switch. Could be a faulty switch/fuse/etc. If bought, these may not work and may need to be fixed.
note 2: Has been on the car for just under 1 year. Filter is fine, but could be cleaned and re-oiled prior to installation.
note 3: Has tear in the 'accordion' section
note 4: Replaced by SS lines this past summer.
note 5: Shitty firestone pads I had put on and ended up replacing them with Carbotech. One of the front pads has a chip in the corner. My best guess is they were put on in November of 2012 by Firestone. I can send detailed pictures.
note 6: When I used this, my supercharger was taken off the car (changed the oil in it). It was a bit difficult at first to get it slid over the oem pulley, but managed to lightly tap it onto the pulley. Also, when I purchased the puller used, the bolt couldn't be backed out of the housing, I think because the tip of the bolt was sort of mushroomed.
note 7: pulled this out of a burnt r53 in a junkyard. Have no idea if it works. Some broken glass still wedged in it.
note 8: IIRC, these plugs are about 3 months old and slightly used. I changed the stock plugs for these and then about 3 months later did my pulley upgrade so had to end up getting 1 step colder plugs anyways.

Smokes ?!
It's heavier so even though has HP/Torque numbers it doesn't make very good use of it....Tests 0-60.

It all comes down to the needs of the person. Personally, I feel like the golf r is an upgrade, for many reasons ranging from practicality, to age, to performance. But everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I appreciate having others'.
