There are 4 different cables for the R53. Depends on which shifter housing you have. they call it condition A or B. you need to know which one you have to make sure you get the right cables... And my .$0.02 buy the cables new.. the updated cables have sleeves to keep the moisture out of the cable ends, which originally caused hard shift selection.
