Hello,
I am looking to purchase an Exhaust for my R53 Mini Cooper S. Was currently looking for a JCW exhaust for my Mini but open to any other exhaust's out their for sale. I am looking for one that sounds nice, has a good sound and not obnoxious.

 

Get the Invidia, you won't be sorry, no drone not too loud and mean at WOT

 

I will have mine up for sale in the next couple months. I have the scorpion cat back. It's a bit louder than the JCW without being too loud. The only reason I'm selling it is its not designed to fit the convertible. I had spacers made so it would fit. That worked fine until I added a header. That changed how the exhaust sat and let it hit the spacers. This cracked a weld on the y pipe. They redesigned it so it now fits the convertible. It's just a matter of me getting the new one and getting the old one fixed. Currently I'm laid up with a broken ankle so it will be a couple months. I have a couple vids of it on you tube. Just search for my username miniblucabrio to find them.

 

I was also thinking about the Invidia. Hoping to find one for sale. Since I still have my stock exhaust and want some extra sound

 

Well I'll tell you that if you can get it from minibluecabrio you won't be sorry, Scorpio it's a really nice sounding exhaust too. You can't go wrong with either one

Yeah so far the Invidia has been great, no drone, not bothersome at all, nice deep sound I love it I think that you can get it for about 609 shipped if you know where to look. Just make sure that you get the right year just the hangers are different . 02-04 and 05-06 inner hangers vary.

 

I saw a Invidia N1 for my 03 Mini Cooper S on ebay for $609.14.. I am thinking about purchasing it from them. Still a bit undecided about Invidia or Miltek

 

The Milltek and the Strat are best for not being too loud and not droning. Plus they make the most torque. Also the Milltek has a new non Res system that is a little cheaper and louder.
But if you want the Invidia they are avail too, but not our preference.

 

I have a custom straight back Magnaflow for sale. Stainless steel muffler and dual 4'' tips. Has bungs for second o2 and ARF.

Just put a Ireland Engineering cat back on my 06 s and it is not too loud and has just a small amount of cabin noise at 70 mph and it was $424 ahipped to the house. All stainless steel nice quality
