They are in excellent condition, removed @ ~8,200 mi from my 2013 Cooper S.

Tires listed separately.

They weigh about 17.5 lbs each on my bathroom scale.

They do not come with TPMS.

seems a bit much I bought the same wheels brand new straight off a '13 with continental runflats and TPMS sensors for 600

Yours are nice wheels though! Hope you can sell them.. Not always easy to do. I've got a set I'm trying to sell myself with tires lol just everyone mostly wants JCW wheels it seems.
