Mine did that too, took it out and got it welded back together. Seems to be a common problem.

I have a manifold/ cat. removed from a 2004 MCS MC40 with only 30k. PM me I will sell it for what I paid for it plus whatever the cost would be to ship to Canada.

 

Sorry guys not looking for a stock manifold I'm looking for an aftermarket header. Waymotorworks no longer ships international so I have no options.

I'm looking for a megan or m2 header ( I know they are cheap but its what I can afford) and he's the only guy that sells it that I found online! If anyone has an aftermarket header for around that price I will gladly buy it
