Another echo for what Trainman said.

I had my warranty work performed there a few weeks ago. While there was an issue with how long it took to get the work completed, there was NO issue with any of the techs. Brent is a great MINI tech. Can't remember the other guy's name - sorry. So, let this not be a reflection of the quality of work.

Also, I do have aftermarket "stuff" on my car and they have never given any problem with having it. In that respect, I feel well taken care of.

Let the new SM get settled in and give 'em another shot.

Since they are our local dealer and where we bought our little test mule, I just wanted to give our experiences with Century.

We bought the car on IVY's birthday and the crew went all out by putting the big red bow on the car and even having a little birthday cake with candles for her. It was a great start.

Since then we have gone back for several service visits with our little test mule and have had great service from them over there. Brent is the only tech we have dealt with so far and has been great.

After talking with a bunch of people this weekend about how their dealers would not touch their car if they had any modifications to it, I am thankful that Century is right around the corner from us.

The Saga Continues. I go to deposit some money today, and I am out $280. So I check my statement, and the rental car company has charged me for my car, because century has decided not to pay it. Not a big deal that I have to pay it, but the fact that I was not notified is a big problem. I only had $11 in the account they charged, and now I have to pay the $25 overdraft fee. Im not sure if this is really anyones fault but it would have been nice if century would have notified me of this

When our car was hit last year.. we took it to the mini body shop in Charleston.. and then of course the guy who hit us, his insurance was supposed to be paying for the rental.. one day looking at my bank statement I was shy 800 dollars.. investigating it.. enterprise had started taking it out without my approval.. sometimes all it takes is a phone call to the car rental.. if you did not authorize them payment, they cannot take it out.. you have to look as well.. did you take insurance with the rental? because if you did insurance isnt covered and you have to pay out of your pocket.. it can't hurt to call.
