i placed a order witht them yesterday after a month or so of e-mail questions i had. Brian Flick did a great job of making things go smooth and making me feel like a customer that they value. not to mention the great prices that they give us. so if you need anything from mini that you wanted but maybe was not able to order at the time you got your mini, give classic auto campus a call or e-mail and they will treat you right. keep up the good work guys!

I'll third that. I've ordered MINI bits and accessories from Brian a couple of times now and happily recommend him to anyone. I find it hard to imagine a nicer or more helpful salesdude at a dealership.

I have no affiliation with Classic, I live on the other side of the US.

I bought my R84 V-spokes and my CD Changer from Classic. Great opperation and one of the few (the only?) places to sell below suggested retail OEM Parts.

I'll fifth that. Bought a boot mat; was treated as if I spent a lot more. Other businesses, take the hint: lower your prices, treat the customer decently and they'll come back and spend MORE money!

I agree. Great service from Brian. Responsive, polite, and fast shipping. Products at a resonable cost.

The funny thing is, I bet he has one of the most profitable BMW parts centers in the country by selling things at a resonable profit margin, instead of gouging the consumer.

Thumbs up!

See ya,
JS

I bought a parcel shelf AND the alarm kit from Brian - great service, great prices.

I'll give him a 9 out of 10 - AND you can dance to him!

(sorry, old American Bandstand joke)...

My club is sponsored by Classic, they couldn't be more supportive. We love 'em. Julie is one of those people that you simply cannot dislike - their entire sales staff is great though, not just her, though I only really know her and Paul. Paul's funny. Let me drive a 1998 Mini..... ooohooohooo was that fun!

More power to Classic!

Thank you for all the nice comments! Julie a wonderful sales woman on our sales staff printed up this thread and sent it over to me. I was/am in shock at all the nice things you all have said about me and my parts department. I try to do a good job pleasing our customers and making them feel like they are appreciated. So many dealerships care only about selling cars. Most dealerships are mainly interested in selling their cars and thats it. We at BMW/Mini like to sell cars too  The customer vows to NEVER purchase anything there again and tells all their friends about this for the forseeable future. The dealership just lost a customer, all because of $20.00.
I have been told various versions of this by several clients. Many of you have gotten price quotes for your Mini accessories from me, and then took those quotes to your local dealers to see if they would price match. That doesn't upset me at all. By all means, buy the accesories for the best price you can. I too know what its like to work for your money and it would be foulish to pay more. Several clients have told me they asked their dealer if they would match my prices and their dealer told them to buy it elsewhere. I can't believe the parts advisor or manager turned away a sale. We would never turn away a sale, within reason.
If the other dealers don't want to take care of their customers when they want accessories or parts for their Minis, then we will. We are exploring different avenues for increasing our customer base. I actually stumbled upon the MCO site and questioned my manager, Steve, about becoming a sponsor. I personally have 2 Camaros and 1 Trans AM, all with LS1 engines and I am a member of a forum specific to the ls1 motor http://www.ls1tech.com . The forums are great places to advertise and get new business; thats why we are here. I just want you all to know that I really appreciate your business and I also want you to know I am not the only one here. My boss(parts manager) Steve Harvey is great. He was very interested the site and he fully supports my decisions and backs the idea of the internet sales fully. If it wasn't for Steve I wouldn't be allowed to make these great promotions and sales to our customers. Once again thank you for being great customers and thank you Steve for being a supportive manager.
We will continue to bring you great prices on accessories, and if that means "stealing" other dealers clients, then what can I say, but sorry guys...I guess you should be treating your customers better.

Thanks all

Brian Flick
