I get mine changed at the dealer for a few reasons.
1, it's not an easy filter to change, and with the O ring it can be done wrong and by the time you find out Jiffy Lube did it wrong, your motor is toast. If someone is going to mess up the oil change I want it to be the dealer, so I can make them replace my motor.
2, I have also been told a lot of places don't stoke the oil filter, could take a day for some places to get it, or they wont change the filter but say they did, etc.
I look at the dealer $60 oil change like an ins policy, plus at Jacobs there is free wifi, so I can work in the lobby for the 90 mins I'm there.

I won't void any warranty. Use of the wrong product, or doing it wrong, however, will.
