Its been fun...

Well, I finally did it.

The MINI is on eBay for sure now.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...0985479&rd=1,1

Its time to move on to other things.

If wants the car, email me, and i'll give you a little off ebay deal on it.

I'll probably not be around much anymore, so if anyone needs me for anything at all, email me. rednwhitecooper@aol.com

Its been a hell of a ride!

What? Why???

Oh, I saw the ad and I know why. Perhaps you will get another down the road someday. I think you'll have a hard time staying away...

Gee Whiz Rick,

Have you been painting your Mustang without a mask? Sorry you have to move on, but yes things change & folks move on. I'm very glad I got to meet you last Saturday at the Mod Party. Good luck in your future endeavors. Remember if you see a MINI you still have to wave. I'll be waving at Yellow Mustangs.

Happy Motoring!!!

Rick, I understand the need to change. We sold the 1st MINI due to job changes and MINI-incompatibility with transportation needs. After 7 months of pure Hell driving an Escape, I finally said "ENOUGH!" and traded that POS for Basil.
You'll be back; we'll be here. Good luck to you.

Best of luck Dude in whatever you do

One question for you though, your ad says

The check engine light is on because of the thermostat.

If the car doesn't sell as is, I'd suggest fixing this because it isnt going to pass emission testing in some states with any codes thrown.

Just a thought.

Best of Luck!

Well I thought I would just update, with the auction ending within the next 24 hours...

Chows - good point, and I figured it would be a little problem, but for now I dont feel like going back and fixing it, so i'm just being straight forward with any potential buyers and hope for a sale.

As far as the next vehicle goes.... I went and looked at HHR's today at the Chevy dealer. I get a GMS discount so I get a hell of a deal on just about every GM vehicle out there. The HHR seems like the solution to about every little problem I have with the MINI. The cargo space being the big one. I'm doing alot more hauling stuf around now with the buisness and such, and Its getting to be a paint to try and move really big things with the MINI. I had to go 300 miles one way with the hatch open, and i'm not gonna try and do that again...

Also, i'm looking at Dodge Spirit's. The have quite a bit of cargo room with the rear seat out and I can still get 30 MPG and make the horsepower I want.

Anyways, ive been checking about every few days to see whats new, so I think i'll be around, just not nearly as much as before.
