Looks great, here's mine, Aero Kit, Palo Uber bar and scoop, and the Orciari's, but how did you you get the four lights on there. I could not get the two outside Hella's to fit with the aero kit. They were just too big and would not adjust up far enough. I had to go smaller and use the Hella optilux. Are they the Hella 500's?

Man...beautiful. I'm curious about the light bar as well. 1) I thought everyone was saying that it doesn't work that well with the Aero Kit 2) How much room do you have for adjustment? Can you aim up and down AND side to side?

I think this looks awesome, but my biggest concern aside from looks is the functionality. I don't want to spend the kind of money to get the lights on and then not be able to use them PROPERLY because you can't aim them.

Can you guys shed some light?

The light bar works well, it just sits a little lower inside so you need to make up the gap with washers and the template is designed for the stock bumper so you need to make sure that you drill the holes in the right place. The best way to do that is to mount the bar without the lights and the lower grill, and then you can measure easily. The bar doesn't come with lights, so you use whatever kind that you like. The lights I have are fully adjustable, no problems. I did try to use Hella Black magics, but they were too big

There really isn't much room for adjustment on the outside lights, but there is *some*. It doesn't really matter though, because if I adjust them up much more than they already are, they shine up into oncoming traffic. Side to side adjustment isn't a problem with either the inside or outside lights.

One more thing. In the Palo Uber kit, the toggles that they provide are lighted, HOWEVER...they are so bright when they're on that they are actually a distraction. I replaced them with identical style but non-lighted. Much better.

Yes, they're Hella 500's. I was looking at the Hella 4000 compact in HID, but I'm sure they're not street legal, not to mention they're almost $500 each.

I couldn't get the 500's to fit on the outside. I couldn't adjust them up far enough. I was wondering what the difference was. Oh well, looks like it worked great for you. I wonder if there are size differences in some of the Aero Kits.

Do you guys have any pics of the switches and their location? How hard was it to wire the lights up? PaloUber's site says that the bar comes with the wiring kit...is that true?

Nice rides, both of you. I have the JCW aero kit on my S. I was also thinking of a light bar because I live in a rural area and need more light. I also love the rally look. I think looking at both of yours, I might actually opt for the staggered sizes; i like that. thanks for showing them

That should work good. I wired the optilux halo to the inside driving lights since they are always on
