im saying that the distance between the 2 bolt holes dont line up with the stock bolts.

if you look at it it looks like this |0 | | 0|

the 0's represent the bolts and the "| |" represent the bolt holes

My bolt holes were not concentric with the studs, but they did clear. The problem with my fitment was that I needed to grind off a little of that aluminum extrusion that the stud is affixed to. It interfered with the light bar cross section.

Mine needed a little help, what I did was tapped the bar down the threads. It did not damage the threads at all.

If it's really tight and you're worried about the threads, just take a dremel tool or a rat tail file and open the hole a little in the appropriate spot. It'll take off a little of the powder coat of the light bar, but so will running it along the threads.

I found that the biggest PITA was running the wire harness through the firewall. I didn't open a very big slot in the rubber seal (didn't want anything to leak through into the cabin), and it was a real challange getting the wires through.

Do a search for Palo Uber Light Bar and see what you get. They look fantastic once they're on, but OMG...what a PITA!
