Guys and Gals,

I'm desparate to see shots of the new Cloth/Leather Sunrise/Laser Blue combo. Anyone have any in their galleries? MINIUSA.com is broken when you try to select this option.

I currently have a Lightning Blue/Black cabrio with Dark Blue leather on order, but I would change in a heartbeat to the new Laser Blue/Black if I could just see some shots of the Laser Blue interior (and of course, if I liked what I saw). I know what people say about the leather in the cabrios. I have to assume the cloth/leather is going to be preferrable for the SoCal heat in the summer. Is that correct?

I have a production number so time is ticking. I'll be sad if it goes to "In Production" and I later find out that I like the Laser Blue interior better!

 

Anyone?

 

I was just able to pick it in the configurator, but the colors are too close together to tell the difference.

Then again when I do it does as you say and defaults over to the blue leather....

 

I would really love to see what this looks like... it says the door casings are laser blue on the configurator! No one has picked one of these up yet??

 

Just a bump... still have yet to find a picture online anywhere of the new laser blue cloth seats.

 

Ok, it's been a year.... has ANYONE in all of freakin' NAMdom bought this interior and photographed it? Seriously ppl... lol.

 

MINI ESQ, our 08 has this option. We love the look of it, will try this week end to provide you with a few photos.

 

You must be the only ppl in North America with it! Thanks for making the effort. It took guts to order it like that, as the online configurator isnt' helpful at all in seeing how it really must look! Can't wait!

 

This was no easy task. The blue in the seats is very hard to reproduce. These photos don't do the color justice.
As we said before we like the color, but done again we would do full leather. There are a few more photos on Flickr.

 

See, when you select it in the configurator, the door casings change color.. are yours different in any way? They look stock on the door itself, besides the oval rings.

 

All the casings change color, Its more a dark blue than anything else. The dash remains black, and its hard to notice the difference.
