How do you hardwire into the fuse box. Do you just push the hot cable between the fuse and the little slot in the box that the fuse goes into?? Thanks in advance.

Special fuse taps are made to do a better job. I don't have my Mini yet so I am unsure of the size fuses that are used in the fuse box. I'm guessing the mini blade fuses instead of the normal size blade fuses. These taps will fit over the end of the fuse and allow you to use a female connector on your power wire. Make sure you use the power side of the fuse.

You can go to a local Radio Shack and pick some up. Here is a pic of the large bladed fuse tap that they have on their site. They should have the mini blade fuse taps in stock also. http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...Fid=270%2D1204

It's possible though the other way is recommended. I've done it that way myself without problems but I like the taps better now that I know of them.
