Thanks to everyone who took the time and effort to bring a Toy and especially those who were out of town and mailed the Toys to Hendrick. We filled up a convertible and two other Mini's Trunks with Toys. Thanks to all for your continued support. Remember the 1st Annual Charity Run January 20th 2007. Here's a hint for next year...watch for stuffed animals at all sorts of outlets, after the holidays. I pick up bears after Valentine's Day, bunnies after easter, etc. at places like Harris Teeter and Walgreen's. They just want them off the shelves so they sell them for pennies on the dollar, so we can warm even more hearts next year.

 

Sounds like we came together and did better than ever on this. What a great thing!

Hey you guys! Books a Million at Concord Mills has $14.99 teddy bears on sale for $1.69! That's right, a buck 70 for a foot tall teddy bear!

I put six in the T4Ts tote box today, and left about as many there for somebody else to pick up...

 

The Target in my area has a large number of toys at 90% off. I bought 6 stuffed elephants for the Tots for 3 dollars.
