Drilling out log bolt holes in wheels??

Is it safe to drill out lug bolt holes in my wheels? I need to do this because my m14 x 1.25 bolts do not fit through the holes.

Best to take the wheels to a machine shop and have it done.
Unless of course you have a drill press and some way to lock down the
wheels while you center drill them for the lug bolts.
