No Call Back From MINIUSA After Svc.

I had my first scheduled service on my 2006 MCS back in Oct. I did get a
e-mail from them but forgot to e-mail them back. It said that they would
get back to me via phone to find out how I felt about the first service. Its
been close to three week now and no phone call from them. Is this common
or did I slip through the cracks? I wanted to tell them that the dealer, MINI
OF TOWSON, did a great job on that service plus replacing a cracked top
strut mount.

haha... and I had the opposite effect that MINI USA called me like two to three times a day straight for several weeks. I just got so sick of having to respond to those surveys that I didn't want to do the next one. Fortunately, I think they finally have taken the hint and have not called back for a couple weeks now.

That's great to hear! I'll be taking my car there in about 2,000 miles for my service.
