Fix-A-Flat humor...

Hi Motorers!

I go 2 cans of Fix-A-Flat stuff and could not stop laughing @ the warning... If they decided to write it on the cam, it must be because someone tried this...

This warning was most likely caused by one of many lawsuits against the makers of Fix-A-Flat due to the inclusion of flammable materials in their product. Here is link to a few such cases. It should be noted that Fix-A-Flat no longer contains flammable components.

Remember, we live in a time when you cannot purchase a bottle of vitamins without the manufacturer's legal dept. including a written warning against ingesting the gigantic moisture absorber that's in with the pills

Funny part is, that's because it's a choking hazard...

Related... Is fix-a-flat the only brand out there?

Ok now I have to run out to the car and see what "panel on back" says.

And thank you this just reminded me fix-a-flat was in the garage not the car, glad I caught that before I had to use it.

I've heard of welding on wheels. It saves weight, lug nuts are HEAVY.

Gee, and I tought I was supposed to weld the can of fix-a-flat onto the rim of that flat tire! Now I understand that I am supposed to ingest the vitamin infused contents of the can, presumably to enable me to lift the car high enough to get the flat off!
