mini on order, just saying hello!

I have ordered a cooper s in pepper white with black roof and stripes, and the english panther leather, sport package, LSD, chrono pack, H.K. stereo, chromeline interior, driving lights, blah blah blah!

I am so excited! It will be a long wait, November delivery, and i have sold my car so it will be two months+ biking and walking.... i think it will make the car all that much sweeter!

Thanks for reading and have a great weekend.

PSB

Lies! All Lies! I got both of my MINIs from the lot, one used and the other new and the hours I had to wait at work to go to the dealer after they called to tell me that we were aproved and we could pick it up today were the longest ever. impatient:impatient I couldnt imagine waiting weeks or even months.

But seriously welcome to NAM and Good color! Have you joined the Peerage of the Pepper White

yeh it is alot of money, but i figured two months plus without a car payment and a minimal innsurance bill, just enough to keep the policy open 'till the new car gets here will help cover the costs.... oh yes and i skipped the sun roof as the added weight up high wont be missed and that also helps with the seats.

now it is a waiting game

Just ordered too, waiting for production number.

PSB, I just placed the call to my dealer in OKC on Thursday to order my JCW AB/W Seven, ChLine, w/Sunroof & webspokes. I am still waiting on my production number but I should get a call or email within the next day or 2.

After much debate on whether I could affort to get the JCW, I finally decided that I have waited a long time to order this car, and am finally rewarding myself with a Mini after having achieved some personal goals this year including training for a half marathon, and raising over 3K for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team In Training.

So I am with you, the wait is on....:impatient

Well, there's no doubt in my mind that you made the correct color choice! But panther leather? WOW! That is going to be one hell of a car! Congratulations!

chuck,

yeah, the leather was not even going to happen, then i said after hearing from so many people that leather was a must have what the h@ll why not just go all the way!

I am thrilled with the features i chose as i am sure you all are when you go back to "build your own" and review your saved choices, doesnt everybody do that?!

I am trying to savor the wait, as things this good are rare and the path to my mini is just another great journey.

oh i almost forgot, thanks for the congrats!

Awesome color... you're gonna love it!
May I make one suggestion... if you can still change your order... consider adding the piano black(I believe it's called "seven") interior trim. I have seen it and it would look terrific in a pepper white/ black Cooper.

Welcome

Welcome to the community! I had a hard time choosing between pepper white and the cool blue (the blue won) - I should have my mini by the end of October (fingers crossed - it is in production now .

Welcome to NAM! I can't tell you how many times I sniffed the brochure until I got my baby. It has a lovely new car smell.

I may just do that, thanks for the suggestion, it is a geat looking color (I saw it at the dealer) and the circles are cool also!

I put together a PW/B with piano dash and the red/black seats with the chromeline on MINIUSA... and maybe it's just me, but it looked amazing!

Ya the Pepper White is a great color...I was very close to choosing that for myself but went with Astro Black as it suites me much better...I just love the classic look of Black and White. So I guess I won't be joining the Pepper White Peerage, but I am sure there are plenty of AB clubs out there that will have me.

I finally have my production number back from my dealer and was really excited to login to the OL for the first time! Now I guess we must wait for the production date.

Stay Tuned, more to come in the saga of "Waiting for our Production Week Assignments"

I second this... I tested a Pepper White on Friday and it had the Piano Black dash and it looked amazing. If the car had had the premium package (i want the sunroof and multifunction steering wheel) I would have bought it right then.

Congrats on your order. Good luck with the waiting! It is hard!
