I'm considering ordering some wheels from Classic and was curious if anyone here has done so. If so, did you experience any problems? Did they arrive without damage? How were they packaged, etc. Thanks for any feedback.

 

I have my Mini at Classic right now getting a 210 upgrade to my '04 JCW. I can't speak to how the rims will be packaged, but I can say that they are nice, friendly people who really appreciate your business. If there is a problem in shipping, I'm sure they will bend over backwards to make you happy. Give 'em a call and judge for yourself! You won't be sorry.

 

I've ordered a transmission and returned a broken one for core, along with a bunch of other parts from Classic using email and phone. I would bet you won't be disappointed.

 

My best guess would be that the wheels will be shipped out in boxes. Why not call Classic & ask them? They are very good folks to deal with.

 

Ordered a set of JCW rims/tires from Classic a couple of years ago and have ordered a few items from them since. Everything has arrived in tip-top conditiion and in a timely manner.

 

Jayson @ Classic is the man, I purchased the aero kit, JCW Suspension, brakes, and numerous other things from him, all at excellent prices and with quick service.

They mistakenly shipped me a hyper blue rear with my aero kit, but had it turned around in 2 weeks (which is good considering how long it takes to come from overseas...)

I highly recommened them!

 

I bought an extra new set of holeys from Classic back in '04 when I bought my Mini. No complaints at all. They showed up individually packed in boxes.

 

I ordered a set of R99 anthracites from Jayson @ classic. They arrived in one big box and each wheel was boxed separately inside.
