FS: Alta 15% pulley & pulley tool

yep, sold the MINI
It's a new Alta pulley plus a gently used puller to remove the stock unit.
$130 gets you both!
BTW, we're looking for a Vanagon to replace the MINI (family expanded), so if anyone knows of a clean one...

currently checking to see if the Geico Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) covers aftermarket parts... thinking that if something does happen... I can use the MBI if Mini service tries to void me...

when you ask them, you should say that the stock is defective and you found an "alternative" to the stock unit....maybe that will work?

" GEICO's MBI product combines components of collision and comprehensive
coverage and covers items that not all manufacturer or aftermarket warranties guarantee such as exhaust systems, clutch and electrical accessories."

Hmm.. found that on the net... looks positive.. waiting for a firm reply

from Geico...

"The Mechanical Breakdown coverage will only cover original equipment supplied by the manufacturer. After-market upgrades and additions will be covered up to the value of the original equipment that was replaced."

Sounds good...
