Do ya'll have a local apartment finder service? The ones I've dug up on the internet are either useless or fruitless. I apologise for such an ignorant question, however, in this case I am . Looking on the island of Oahu. Thanks so much!

 

One option is to look in the local sunday newspapers-
Honolulu Advertiser
Honolulu Starbulletin
Check the Housing Rental classified sections and start calling around for leads but unless you are in Hawaii it would be difficult.

Another source is by checking with the University (student bulletin boards) for any leads on housing or calling different Dept offices to ask if anyone has a lead on a good place but that will vary depending on the time of year.

 

Check craigslist.com. It's a great resource.

 

--How many people in your household, how many cars, and how many bedrooms do you need? I have a few resources (chinese landlords) that may be able to help you. Oh and also where are you going to work out of? Very important due to our heavy traffic problems.
