Pics of 06 Cooper PW/PW

I posted these in the Production Week 4 Support thread, but I figured I'd also share them in the main forum.

I sold my DS/B '02 Cooper S, and ordered a PW/PW '06 Cooper CVT. A lot of people have asked about going from an MCS to an MC, and I'm happy to report that the MC is a peppy little sucker. I've been very impressed with it

The weather was nasty in Chicago when I took these pics, I drove home from the dealer in snow and sleet. The nicely detailed car quickly got filthy!!

It's amazing how annoying it is to have to piece together an order if you want to avoid the Sport or Premium package. Have to order all the individual items ...

Specs:
Tartan Red Cloth / Panther Black Leather
Convenience Package
Cold Weather Package
15" Alloy Wheels 5-Star Rocket
CVT
DSC
Chrome Line Interior / Exterior
Seven Interior
Chrome door caps
Armrest
Rear/Front Fog Lamps
PDC
Xenon
Auto AC
Navigation

Welcome to the elite group of people that sold Dark Silver '02 MCS and purchased a 2006 MC with a piano black dash with the interior chrome pack.

BTW, the red cloth with leather looks great with the piano black. If I were doing it now, that's probably the seating option I'd get.

Congratulations

very nice car, thats what i would love to get for an extra Mini, or if my wife wants one. I bet it is more expensive than a MCS with all those options

I saw my first PW/PW in the flesh this week. No the car was in the flesh not me! What a nice looking car that is. It was at the local Honda dealer lot. Funny thing is they want more for it than if I bought a new one with the same spec.

Enjoy your new car, it's a beauty.

Chuck

P-DUB I said I wanted that plate and my wife told me I was stupid. Thanks for the reinforcement of a good idea! PW/PW is a real winner a blank canvas just waiting to be moded.

Yeah, you could get a very well equipped MCS for that price

Love the black/red two-tone! Classiest/sportiest combo available... and that goes for most cars.

Okay, I'll admit it.

PW/PW is one classy color - and if I didn't already have a JB Cabrio...

Well...

(Had to say this in a whisper - Sam is out in the garage right beside me and I don't want to upset her... )

Wow that is a very nice color combination. The PW with the Tartan red interior is great looking!

I was settled on ordering the Tartan Red Cloth / Black Leather with the Piano Black dash. However, I'd never seen either in person before, let alone together on the same car.

Hopefully these pics are a help to people considering either option.

P.S. The butt warmers are great
