Drivetrain what would you guess my whp is at
what would you guess my whp is at
I'm curious what you all would guess my car is making at the wheels based on my "mods" just a fun exercise (yes,, I am bored to tears with this "back"
putting me out of my ususal routine)"

What rpm are you revving to? That'll make the difference. If, say, 7200 rpm, then I'm guessing 222 whp, which would be a crapload for an sc'ed car at 7200. I can't see more. But, it all depends on how stingy/generous the dyno is ! C'mon, let us know how the dyno turned out!
In the interest of more background info, I should add that the original M7 Cosworth II+ car [Bill's/COOPERSS's] pulled 216.3 whp on the dyno at the TMMZ shootout:

They did some exhaust backpressure tweaking and got some pretty freaking good numbers, with at least 160 lb ft of torque sustained from 3500 rpm til redline but a MASSIVE peak around 3000 rpm at 188 lb ft if I remember correctly. That car didn't have a header, but it was running a 16+2 combo. It revved to 7300 rpm. So, point being, I could have been off on my prediction, Spider et al. Maybe your car will do more!. How much TORQUE did you see, btw? I think that's a really important factor which few consider. Please post that too!

I would say for sure its above 220, but probably only at 5500rpm..its probably more around 225..but somewhere in that range..

I guess it would depend on which kind of dyno you went to. On a dyno like Eric's at Helix, it would be around 200. On a less conservative dynojet, it would be around 230 or so. What was you whp the last time you dyno'd?

. The only true test is to use the same dyno with each run. Then, you have acceptable comparability...
You are really bored aren't you!
So its like how many jellybeans are in the jar sort of thing. First what do we get if guessed correctly? Is there a a prize
, theres always a prize for the closest guess
.
If there is no prize, I say 20 hp over stock
that ought to tighten up your back and get you to lurch out of bed
. Ouch, I can feel the pain from here.
If there is a prize involved then my best official guess is 127 whp.

I dynoed my car at Helix on the Mustang dyno just at 193.5whp with a vacuum leak from the AGS. Eric claims thatis the highest number he's seen from a non twincharged mini and was thoroughly impressed. I on the other hand was wondering why the numbers were so low.
After removing the AGS, the car dynoed at 236whp on a dynojet at a local Lexus tuner. I am waiting to go back to Helix, but i can assure you it wont be anywhere near 236whp on that dyno.
I don't understand what your graph up there means, perhaps you can expain it. That way i wont interpret the info in the wrong way. I don't appreciate your sarcasm. If you would like something explained perhaps you're the one who should be asking questions.

There is an amazing amount of difference between dynos....I have complained about that several times that there is no standard.....also the Mini is tough to dyno because it is so sensitive to temps and the intercooler is perp to the fans.
I was just curious what people thought.........because based on the parts that I have my guess would be 220 - 230......Some dynos bear this out and some are like the Helix...... there are huge differences in dynos and the methods for getting the highest "ethical" results
