Can your friend tell me how do the Bilstein's compare to the Koni's versus the stock shocks?

stock shocks, stock springs-well, you know-bilstiens/m7 springs-low, great control, like on rails, STIFF, but not harsh-koni fsd with stock springs (requires stock length springs), better control than stock, less harsh over big bumps, still kinda stiff over rough pavement, maybe too tall-lower was better handling and looking.
