  • ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid
  • Koni Single Adjustables

  • 2 Sets of NZO Monzas – 16x6.5, 14 pounds
  • Set of 2.25mm spacers to maximize the legal allowable offset with the included wheels
  • Custom Chase Race/Supertrapp stainless steel/mandrel bent exhaust system – saves 30 pounds over stock
  • K&N drop in filter
  • Custom trailer hitch for tire trailer (1.5 pounds that stays on the car)

  • 4 A3S05’s somewhere around 90% used
  • 2 A3S05’s about 40% used

  • 4 Hoosier Radial Wets 205/45R16 with 8 runs on them
  • 4 V710 215/40R16’s with about 35% tread left
  • 2 V710 215/40R16’s with about 10% tread left
  • 4 EV700 205/45R16’s with about 30% tread left
  • 2 V710 225/50R16’s with about 50% tread left
The car has had much success this year:
1st and 4th – Fontana Pro
2nd and 5th – San Diego National Tour
3rd and 5th – Atwater National Tour
2nd – Atwater Pro Solo
1st – Reno Norpac Divisional
1st and 2nd – Packwood National Tour (GS)
2nd and 3rd – Packwood National Tour (GSL)
2nd – Helena Norpac Divisional
7th – Nationals (out of 40+ competitors)
Multiple Northwest Region PAX wins

Looking to get $27,000 for the fully prepared car with everything listed above. If nobody is interested, I’ll be returning the car to stock trim and selling the parts separately. If you are interested in a GS Mini, this is your opportunity! No 4+ month wait for the car to be made, save thousands on parts that are already bought and installed. Buy a proven winner. Email me at jakenygaard at yahoo.com.

Jake, out of curiousity, if you don't mind sharing, why are you wanting to part with your MCS?

It is a great car, and a ton of fun, but we could really do without the monthly payment, so we plan to try to co-drive this year rather than running our own car. I think this is a great deal for someone interested in getting serious in the sport.

Ah, I can appreciate that! Thanks for sharing. I'm guessing that you'll find someone soon as the 05 gearing is indeed desirable... If you haven't already done so, you might want to do a x-post in the racing forum, GS of course. Best to you...

$27,000 for a base MCS?!

OH my gosh! I need to sell my MCS with options. I should be able to get at least $30000. Forget the wheels and stuff, sell all that separately, and you'd be more likely to sell this stuff.

Free bump though.

Thanks for the colorful response

This package is targeted for the autocrosser that is thinking about ordering a new car, then adding all the accessories, wheels and tires necessary to compete on a national level. Buying my car, which is already nationally prepared and proven, would easily save the buyer thousands of dollars. Granted that most of the people on this website already have Mini's, so it may not be my best area for marketing, but I have this for sale on multiple forums.

Might want to check what price the other nationally prepped car was sold just a couple days ago.

Actually, you might want to look at Craig's listing and note that he kept almost all his go-fast parts and tires. What did he sell with it, the Schroth harness and a couple of sets of worn out hoosiers? Yes, his car was once nationally prepped, but not sold as such. And, I'm not in as big of a hurry to sell as he was. Whoever bought Craig's car would have to put about another $10k in to get what comes with mine.

It would be nice if people who offered responses would gather facts before posting. This is like comparing apples to oranges.

Thanks,

Jake

Yeah... I went at the price too... then saw a couple of the "race goodies"... 2 sets of SSR Comps... Plus the 2 more sets of wheels... There's your $7k over a base MCS right there... plus the hitch & trailer... plus the fact that finding a non-sunroof MCS isn't as easy as you'd think... (yeah, they're out there, but they are rare)

(Although not having a MFSW or CWP is a major stumbling issue for me... )

...and therein lies the problem... finding someone who has that sort of cash sitting around... as the most any bank will loan me is the price of the car at most. It's good that he's not in a hurry to sell.

I forgot to list the MFSW. What would I have done without cruise control on the long trips.....

Thanks for reminding me - listing has been updated.

If you decide to sell parts, I'm interested in a set of the Stock-legal wheels. Probably the Monzas would fit my budget best, but I would consider the SSR's also.

Good luck,

Just for the record, I sold mine 100% back to stock in the end. Jakes car is easily worth close to 27K with the wheels, tires, and all accessories. Man, go buy a couple sets of SSR comps and a ton of V710's and you just spent $5K, not to mention all the other stuff, which, quickly adds up to another 3-4K plus the car.
