Dinan TB...no core exchange charge!!

I was just on the Dinan website reading about their TB since this is the next mod I'm going with for my '04 JCW MCS. I've been catching up on all the threads regarding TBs (M7, WebbMotors, Dinan). I'm walking away with the impression that HP wise one isn't far ahead of the other...so it sorta comes down to price.

On the Dinan website it gives a cost of $399 and states "This product is no longer sold on an exchange basis, therefore no core charge applies."

I'm assuming this means you send in $399, keep your stock TB, and you get a Dinan TB. Wouldn't this make the Dinan the best TB to purchase?

Again I'm assuming that HP wise they are all basically the same...give a take 1HP.

Anyone????

Well, that's new. I had one installed a year ago and they kept the core. But i would say it is a good deal either way. The car hasn't had any problems. Some of the larger bores have created problems. So... go for it.

Anyone have HP numbers for Dinan, M7, WebbMotors, etc.????

Again price wise I don't think you can beat the Dinan but would be interested in the HP numbers.

Thanks.
