TCE Rear Rotor kit- TECH
For those who have purchased a rear rotor kit:
A question came up on centering the caliper to the new rotor. It appears that there may be some variation in the rear that we did not account for. I have personally inspected the prototype car here in the past hour to double check the application.
When the caliper relocation bracket is in place (on this car) the factory caliper mouting bracket is fit without the aide of any shim to center it. The bracket is off center slightly and some shim could have been inserted between the two brackets. However it was fit with near zero time fresh pads and has no contact with the factory bracket. The mount (LR) appears to be about 60/40 rather than 50/50 in this position.
If you require a stainless steel shim pack to center your caliper and did not receive one with the order please call and I'll mail one to you asap. To get exact center on this car it looks as though we'd have needed about .045" shim per bolt. Seeing as the rear is a floating caliper exact centering is not critical however so long as there is no contact of brackets or the far side of the hat bolts to the bracket.
Please call if you have any additional questions.

For anyone having issues with rotor to caliper rubbing where excess shim was required to center the caliper;
I have a number of thicker brackets here in hand along with a set of longer bolts for the control arm to M10 nut. These will shif the rotor outward by .062".
Anyone requiring these and not satisfied with the regular part please email me and I'll send you a set of these for no charge.
