380's will get you done with those mods! if you plan on doing nitrous or anything else like that you would want to consider larger...

but we are running 380's (JCW) on a car with a cylinder head, schrick cam, port matched intake manifold, exhaust, header, cai, obx header no cat, and evotech stage 6 software and everything is perfect!

hope i helped...

bottom line though... you won't need anything larger than 380's but i would just buy which ever ones you get a better deal on because the extra 20cc's wont hurt

The 20 extra cc's will be 20 more that you need to calculate into your engine tune, mind you... If you don't custom tune with either, you will run rich and lose a few mpg, moreso with the 400s. That said, you should be getting a new tune with any new injectors anyways, so the 20 extra cc's will easily be bonus/insurance .

true... but the 380's aren't even close to being maxed out with those mods... if you plan to do more mods... then yes the 20ccs are the bonus and will give you "room for improvement"

but all in all... you can't go wrong with either one! Just get them from who you trust the most or have the best relationship with or get the best deal... i wouldn't let the 20cc's be a determining factor unless you are planning on doing a lot more mods to warrant the need of the extra 20cc's
