Does anyone know if Rain-x has any adverse effect on the automatic windsheild wiper sensor?

 

I haven't had any problem with mine. I put on Rain-X about every two months.

The only problem I've had is that dang crack that goes right down the middle of the sensor...

 

I'd be more concerned about the adverse effect on the rubber wiper blades...


Rain-x won't affect the sensor unless you put it on the inside of the car, as the sensor is located on the interior, not the exterior of the car.
