New Shoes for TWISTER

TWISTER finally got some new shoes put on yesterday. Tires are Falken Ziex ZE-512 215/45ZR-17 and rims are Rota 17" SubZero silver with a polished lip. Here are a few before and after picts.

The ride is so much better on non-runflats.

Very nice. I had White Subzeros on my RSX. What size are yours? 17" And another sort of related question... Do you know if they make those in gunmetal with a ploished lip? I've looked at their site but to no avail.

Cool. Is that a local Triad shop? I got my others form GP Tire and Wheel here in Greensboro about 3 years ago and was thinking about going back over there.

Have to comment - the springs are so stiff that after you let the car down, it sits real high until it settles. Looks kinda funny riding that high.

Nice wheels!

I probably should add mine are 18" and Steel Gray with a polished lip, I ordered Gunmetal but they came in the wrong color, oh well.

Thanks, good to know. Might have to get me some. Can they handle some BBK like Wilwoods or Stoptech?
