Anyone recognize these rubber grommets?

I found them on the floor when I was doing my turbo oil feed line. I can't for the life of me figure out what they are to. They aren't a radiator mount (only on R53's), they aren't the rubber to mount the intercooler, they aren't part of the trim, I can't find anything!

They look like airbox grommets.

Yeah, those look like the grommets that hold the air box to the intake manifold.

Yep these things like to pop off the intake manifold and stick to the pegs on the airbox.

Diagram number 4 is the grommets.

What i do is grease the pegs on the box side so it does not pull them out with the intake box. 3 on the box. That 4 one stays and bolts down with a little torx screw.

Great spot - they are! I was wondering why it still had some wiggle in it when I put it back into place. thanks guys

p.s car is back up and running, re-sealing the engine went great considering I've never done anything like this before: no leaks, no drips, no codes, no missing bolts.

It was quite the crime scene down there...
