hi guys, got a 2008 mini cooper clubman 14 engine. i gotten a new fan with the resistor my thermostat is working my relays work i check i monitor my temp it goes to 221f 228.2 f which should kick on low speed fan but mine doesnt then it goes to 226.4f, 233.8f high speed kicks in i never hear seen it kick in i sat for an hour with my hood open monitoring it but nothing i bleed i bled my system too i recently put a new water pump no leaks no antifreeze bubbling i had this car for 6 months and put 4k miles on it

 

What is the environmental/outside temperature? Also, punctuation isn't just for kids anymore.
