bluetooth music & radio disconnect problem

Hi. I recently picked up 11 mini cooper s and it has nav/bluetooth music system. I replaced the roof antenna mount base and rubber gasket since the previous owner broke the antenna base while carwash. Ever since I replaced it or I'm not sure if It was already like this but bluetooth audio and fm and am radio disconnects when I drive over speed bump.. I rechecked the connectors and everything but they don't look loose or something.. Is there anything else I have to look up?

update: fixed... It's because the cd slot phone mount was hitting button when hitting bumps.. I felt like stupid but glad that I found it..
