R56 Roof rack fitting cutouts?

Roof rack fitting cutouts?
I have a roof rack on order for my 08 Cooper S so I thought it would be a good idea to check out the install instructions. Problem is cant seem to find the roof rack cutouts described in the manual. Am I missing something or are variations depending on the model.
