I recently used my scan tool to monitor engine coolant temp, engine temp, engine oil temp during a 20 min drive. The peak temps were 213F, 210F, and 199F, respectively.

Engine temp is too high. It's possible that your fan is not operating properly. It's also possible, if you have a Gen1, that your crankshaft pulley is separating which would cause the rubber smell. It has a rubber core that over time separates from the pulley. That allows the center to spin but not the actual pulley (at the same RPMs). That would make all your accessories (alternator, water pump, supercharger, etc.) run slower than normal. That's also a good way to ruin your battery and get stuck somewhere with a no-start situation. Check it out.
