Oil temp running too hot?

Recently I replaced my engine and when I did I used the oil cooler that came on it but now my temps are high. Could this be from a clogged cooler? This was driving home on the freeway at 75 mph with 68 deg outside temp.

Doesn't look like it's out of range, typical oil temps are around 230F/110C and that's about where the gauge is pointing at. What was the oil temp on your previous motor and where is the oil temp being taken from? Bottom of sump or somewhere else?

yes bottom of the sump and would run between 180 and 200 deg F
