Constantly getting error 5272 downstream supercharger air leak; was told by tuner it's the intercooler boots.... bought some brand new silicone ones to replace the stock ones on the upgraded intercooler and nope, code still comes up.
We've done all sorts of smoke tests to confirm, there is NO leak on intercooler or boots.


Next code:
4361 Intake pipe pressure too high in coasting mode
... this makes me think of an issue with the tune

Last code:
1056 VVT Control Circuit High (Bank 1)
No idea on this one....

Brand new engine with upgraded Alta 17% SC pulley, Alta 2% crank pulley, and Mini Mania camshaft:
Intake: Duration 264, Lift 9.5mm, overlap 0.5, peak timing 114, open at 18, close at 66.
Exhaust: Duration 272, Lift 9.0mm, overlap 0.65, peak timing 114, open at 70, close at 22

Any and all help solving this is greatly appreciated!
