Airport guy jumped my car, now nothing works.

2014 R60 S All4. Got back to work this morning, car was dead. Some airport employee jumped my car with a jump box, and now nothing electrical works. Car runs and drives no mechanical issues but the headlights and tail lights are on. I have no turn signals, mirrors, windows, dash/ interior lighting actual foot pedal brake lights. About the only thing that does have power are the gauges, the sunroof and the headlights and tail lights that are constantly on changing the switch does nothing.

All I can offer is turn off the car turn off all electrical systems then carefully perform a correct battery disconnect. Leave the battery disconnected for a while to let all residual electric power bleed away. A few minutes is probably quite sufficient.(With another car when I needed to do this I just stepped on the brake pedal rather than wait...)

Then just as carefully reconnect the battery. The hope is a full power reset restores proper operation of the car's electrical system.

Something blew a fuse or they might have done something to the FRM aka foot well module. I have heard this is sensitive with age.

Try the drain first and see if thing reset, otherwise I would get a MINI specific code reader and see what comes up. Also check all those fuses.

To rockc, after leaving the airport and getting home I did do a disconnect and let the car drain for a few hours while I unpacked.

To ECS, I have checked all the fuses nothing is blown and I've swapped some relays just for good measure. I do have a MINI specific code reader and it's not throwing any codes.

Has me pretty well stumped, being away from home, I don't have access to my garage where I have 90% of what I'd need to dig through this car lol so I'm currently working to get it to a shop unfortunately.
