New Mini Owner. Crank no start, has spark and fuel. 2008 S R56 N14

So it's a crank no start. Fuel good. Fuel pressure at rail good. Pulled lines on inlet and outlet of HPFS to verify what fuel rail pressure sensor was telling the truth. Spark plugs good (new). Coils good (new). Spark? Yes. Coil signal good. No codes. Injectors firing (firing but no delivering fuel?, appx 5 millisecond open on each cylinder). Timing chain intact. Was running when parked (April). I've been through everything to get to this point but still not even trying to fire. I haven't checked compression yet but no codes either. Timing off? Maybe jumped a tooth? But I have turned it over a million times troubleshooting, you would think a valve would have lined up by now at least once but nothing. Can all the injectors be failing to supply fuel at once? I sprayed some starter fluid in but maybe not enough. At the time I thought it was a no spark. Thinking about shoving a tiger torch in the intake and cranking on the propane and see if it fires.... Injectors, timing, compression. Has to be any tutorials out there on how to approach those things in a Mini. This is my first Mini... and can't even get it started. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Truly.
