I know the vorshlag camber plates are well received here, has anyone ever tried some of the higher end alternatives from Ohlins or AST ?
im curious and currently running some PSS10 B16 Bilstiens with only GP2 camber
and 215/45/17 Yokohama A052 on 7” inch Oz ultraleggeras et-37, I need more tuck or to raise the car a bit
car was fine on old AD08r but I suspect my new track tyres are chunkier
reason for asking about ohlins as also thinking I may swap out the coilovers longer term, although very happy so far with bilstiens for track use.
I'm biased, but I don't think I'd call the Ohlins or AST top mounts "higher end" over the Vorshlag camber plates.
PS - I designed the F56 Vorshlag plates, among many other models.
Sorry I poorly worded the question, as my thought process meant to convey that I was not looking at the “silver-project” price point options…
I am based in the UK so the “landed-cost” for Vorshlag with freight and Duties would place them at the higher end of the market,
I didn’t seek to imply that the other brands are “superior” that’s the point of the question really as I have seen so little feedback about them.
