Removing aftermarket supercharger pulley issue

The supercharger pulley on the supercharger now is really chewed up on the edges so I want to remove it. I can't see any branding on it so I'm not sure what the origin is. The previous owner said it was a stock pulley, but it's definitely not OEM. It has 4 hex bolts and two open holes. I removed the bolts, but the pulley isn't budging. I tried inserting two bolts into the previously.open holes thinking it might separate the pulley since it appears to be in two pieces. The bolts only go maybe 1/4th of the way in. I'm trying to avoid prying it off to avoid damaging the shaft. Any ideas how to remove the pulley?

Here you go, looks like an older aftermarket one that is two piece?
