How to install a flange nut on Aero Grill

Just picked up an aero grill and unable to get the flange nut to install on the post. Any suggestions or tool I should use?

They can be hateful. Just press and get them started on to the plastic stem, They should self-thread with continued pressure while you wrench.

Hateful is such a great word for this. Lol.

I've already lost two in the engine bay. I got one on. Going to start fresh tomorrow. Appreciate the feedback as that's how I was able to get one on. 👍

+1 yes you thread them on slowly and then use a small socket or wrench

We have them on their own if you loose them in bremmen parts as a pack.

Thank you.

Was able to get them installed. Went slow and carefully able to thread them on. The ones towards the to of the bonnet were the most time consuming.
