my second Aero grill installed.. uggghhh

ughhh.. this is my 3rd mini.. and my 2nd aero kit to install.. this is the worst product to install! lol why can't someone just make a grill that fits in the OEM slots!? shesh.. my poor dremel machine worked a lot of overtime for this install again!

Poor MINI needs a washin! You probably know already, but there's a gap on the driver's side bumper/bonnet.

That gap is from the hood latch. You gotta really shut it hard. I had the same problem with mine before I went carbon fiber (now it just doesnt open all together lol)

The latches are adjustable--so you should be able to adjust that out. It doesn't look too good, so I think it's an absolute requirement. A CF hood is not the solution, btw.

Believe me I know.

For some reason you spend $700 on a hood and it doesnt even fit close to remotely right.

I cant open my hood anymore cause Im afraid I wont be able to get it closed again lol. I didnt know the latches were adjustable tho (dunno how I missed that and I dunno why nobody I know locally didnt tell me cause they all know the problems I have with my hood)
