F56 JCW Pro Tuning kit exhaust tip help

Hey all!!! Looking for a little help. Im getting the tuning kit installed in 2 weeks. Im trying to avoid buying those ludicrously-priced carbon fibre tips. Is anyone using other cf tips? I. ve been looking everywhere for the actual tuning kit dimensions for the diameter of the muffler tips, but all I can find is the pipe diameter of 2.75 inch. The muffler tips look larger. Does anyone know the inlet diameter I should be getting for compatible exhaust tips?

thanks

arky

Saw these for $180. My 2018 JCW PRO exhaust pipes appear to be O.D. 2.4" for the one off the muffler and O.D. 2.5" for the straight/flapper pipe. Appears to reduce in size from the main run of 2.75.

Thanks for the response. the smallest inlet I am able to find is 72mm. Thats a little large. 69 mm would be ideal

Meanwhile I've been looking for solid black tips. I'm honestly thinking in having my local muffler shop weld black 3.5" tips they have in stock. Shouldn't be more than $200 to do that.

Wondering if I should just go ahead and have them weld the center bit too instead of having the coupler which I hear may come loose over time.

We found these will fit, they are tight, so you have to spread the flange a little as they are 3.5" dual works best

The other knock off JCW tips might not be around much longer, once the BMW lawyers get after them like they did on the knock off BMW logos and MINI website back in the day. They went after a bunch of places years ago and shut them down as its logo copyright. Just giving you a heads up.

When you say "spread the flange a little", are you referring to the flange on the tip since they're swivel tips or the flange on the exhaust where the tips mount to?

JCW Pro exhaust tip internal diameter?

New member here and I wanted to know if anyone can confirm the internal diameter of the JCW Pro exhaust tips?

I'd like to replace them but i'm unsure what size tips are required and I need to know before I make a purchase, I don't really want to remove an exhaust tip just to measure it, any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance,
rsturboman.

In the description.

~68mm inside dimensions measurement if fitting to an aftermarket or custom exhaust.
