2008 clubman s what is this hose/line called?!
I just replaced the valve cover on my 2008 S Clubman. In the narrow space between the valve cover and the air cleaner there is what i think is a vacuum line. it has four or five segments with t connectors going into the engine the connectors are all brittle and the hose rotted and i need to replace it. i cant find it in any parts catalog. please help, ive spent so many hours looking at diagrams and parts lists to no avail. thanks.
Does it look like this?

If yes, you have the infamous "Cold Weather Manifold" . Unfortunately, the PCV line was never available on its own. You "MIGHT" be able to get away with replacing the vacuum hoses individually, but if the connectors are cracking, the only thing you can do is replace the whole thing.
Aftermarket available here:

Im not sure what my manifold looks like exactly, but the hose configuration looks the pretty much the same. the connectors are roached, but i found some similar nearly same ones. is there any reason why i cant just make my own by cutting out new sections of hose and clamping them to the new connectors?
You can but you have to make sure its hold and does not get an air leak. Yep we have a supplier and trying to bring this part back to help people with the old cold climate version as Genuine MINI is NLA and so is the port hardware.
If you do diy it, make sure they are snug and no leaks. Also the hose has to be able to resist heat.
