Newbie Here, R56 Crank no start

Hello from Florida. I've got a 2008 Cooper S recently acquired (broken). Pulled the head, new valves, timing components, etc.
But Crank, no start. Pulled out the Scope and did some probing. no crank signal. Verified power and Ground at Injectors,
finally thought the DME was hosed. Sent it off with the CAS for testing. Got a call back today that both checked out good, they installed
them in their test car and sent me a video of my components installed in a running car. They are sending the components back
and I will reinstall this weekend. At this point, I have a new crank position and a known working good DME. The obvious next thing
for me do dive into is the wiring harness. I do have ground at the valve cover block. Surely I'm missing something obvious or
I have a broken wire....

Oh, I did the relay check and bypass and checked the fuse block for water damage and burned pins

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. (also lookin for a complete DME pinout)

Thanks,
Ross

Yep, the JBE aka Fuse Box SPEG High might be back order.
