Coding Cooper r50 restyling

Hello, I need help, Mini r50 from 2005, I try to code, with NCSEXPERT AND DUMMY. Most of the things that I wanted to activate from the bc1 and kmb module, I encoded without problem. Now unlike everyone else, I wanted to encode so that it would warn me about the belt, since it is deactivated. I activate the warnings for the driver's seat belt in the kmb module, but it does not detect that you are wearing the seat belt. I check in the ABG module, MRS4_12.c52, and I see several belt options like, pre-tensioners and seat occupancy sensor and they are all disabled. I activate them, I export the .MAN file and when I give it to execute work with ncsexpert, it throws me an error: coapi 2060, it cannot be written. And there is no way. Someone guide me. Thank you!
