i need my r56 seat belt chime off and comfot access on anybody good at this recoding stuff

 

The only way I've seen to turn that d@#& chime off is to stick a belt end from another belt in there. You can get a belt from a junkyard or just carve a flat piece of steel to go in there. Piece of plastic might even work.
