Hi long time member back in R53 (just bought back my old R53).

I also bought set of R56 JCW Recaro seats, what modifications should I do to this seats to get them work in my R53? I want the heated + airbag to work.
Should I try do the work myself or set out to garage/shop?

Yeah seats are in and heater function works great, I tried to install them myself but ended using upholstery shop to install So got the shop to install new Pioneer sph-20dab with microphone + DAB antenna + all new speakers I also got the shop to put leather trim on downtubes

Thats the Head Unit I've been looking at installing into the 53-dub .... in combo with the Craven phone holder and Ottie mag charger/cradle on the Tacho.

Great seats .... real road huggers !! TONS of fellow mini peeps super jealous of that kit !!

 

Thanks this head unit very very good, the phone holder on the head unit works very good for me as I use iPhone Mini.

Does anyone have the part number for just the heated seat wire harness.

It's the one in this retrofit diagram, that is NLA. If I had the part number maybe I can find just that harness. (A)

or if you have one from a parts car LMK
