Lowering springs advise

I got a 05 S and planning to get some suspension work done soon. I want the ride to be as close to stock comfort as possible as it's my daily driver with some spirited back roads here and there. I narrowed it down to Koni Yellows, new top hats, sway bar end links and hatchkis rear control arms. Where I am stuck is picking the right springs. I am leaning towards Tein S techs, I've had them on my 03 Eclipse back in the day and from what I remember they were pretty good ride quality. Do any of you run this setup? Any pictures and feedback on Koni Yellows and Tein springs would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah front does sit too high. I am thinking of going with BC coilovers possibly, price difference isn't too much but I just don't know how they ride.
